Once you have your new handmade item, we want you to enjoy your purchase for as long as possible.

The advice below will help ensure the longevity of your item.

Epoxy/UV Resin Homeware & Jewellery

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colours
  • Do not clean with an abrasive cloth or cleaner
  • Rubbing alcohol is best for cleaning the surface of your resin
  • Do not use furniture polish or multi-purpose cleaner on the resin
  • A soft cloth or jewellery cloth to clean your metals (do not rub too hard as you may remove the plated coating)
  • Keep out of reach of babies, small children and pets; all small items pose a choking risk.
  • Should an item be consumed please seek medical assistance
  • Homeware resins are food contact safe and heat resistant to at least 90 dc
  • Naked flame must not come in contact with the resin
  • Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave

Origami (Paper) Jewellery

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colours
  • Use a dry cloth to clean
  • Do not submerge in water (whilst the paper has a protective coating to resist water damage, it will not tolerate being submerged in water)
  • Do use a soft cloth or jewellery cloth to clean your metals (do not rub too hard as you may remove the plated coating)
  • Keep out of reach of babies, small children and pets; all small items pose a choking risk.

  • Store in a dry place
  • Do not expose to a naked flame

Bead Jewellery

Beads can be made with a variety of mediums, e.g. Wood, Metal, Polymer Clay, Glass, Paper, Plastic and Resin, therefore you need to use some common sense to determine the best way to care for your item, but below is a guide to some things you can do regardless of the medium of beads.

  • Store in a dry place
  • Do not expose to a naked flame

Eco Resin (Gypsum) Homeware & Jewellery

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colours
  • Use a dry or damp cloth to clean
  • Do not submerge in water
  • Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave
  • Occasionally reseal to ensure water resistance is retained with a wax & oil mix or acrylic sealer
  • Heat resistant up to 125 dc surface contact temperature
